• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.

4. Exchange Process

• You must initiate an order through our website or official communication channels.

• You are responsible for sending the exact amount of digital payment to the wallet/account we provide.

• We will complete the transaction by sending the BDT equivalent to your selected payout method (e.g., bKs, Nagad, bank).

• Exchange rates may fluctuate and are subject to change at any time.

5. Fees and Rates

• Our exchange rates include service fees.

• Final rates will be shown at the time of order placement.

• You are responsible for any network or third-party transaction fees. 

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• You sent funds but canceled before processing.

• The transaction was not completed due to a technical or internal error.

• Refunds will be made in the same method and currency you used, minus any processing fees.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

• Terrorism financing

• Hacking, phishing, or fraudulent activity

• Purchasing or selling illegal goods or services

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment accounts

Violations will result in termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DollarClassic services without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DollarClassic is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party platforms.

• Losses due to incorrect payment details provided by the user

• Unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total transaction amount involved.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through local courts under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
